WOW! this is what olive oil supposed to be. A little grassy and sharp in the throat but to me this equals good oil. And very very healthy. I like this one. It’s a keeper :)

Just purchased a bottle of Olithea to give it a try. I am quite pleased with the purchase and have been enjoying the olive oil on a daily basis. The Olithea olive oil is deep yellow in color and goes well with bread. It has a peppery bite but not overpowering. It also has subtleties to its flavor making it exciting to try again and again.  The bottle is easy to handle and has a small opening at the top, which is useful for precise pouring.

I'm looking forward to purchasing another bottle.
