ABELON® is a 100% certified organic distillate of a single variety of hand-harvested grapes produced in a micro-distillery controlled environment for optimum fermentation and distillation results.
A remarkable and impressively well-crafted, golden distillate with amber reflections. The first impression is characterized by beautiful, intricate aromaticity with discreet caramel, vanilla, honey, and dry fruit notes. Its unparalleled flavor and aroma come from being twice distilled in copper alembic stills and aged in perfect humidity and temperature conditions - for several years - in new French oak casks, tailored to Pangalos Kazakis requirements by expert craftsmen of exquisite tunnellers in Central France.
Every cask is opened separately, after meticulously examining its sensory attributes. The spirit of each cask is bottled unfiltered, proofed down to 46.8% vol. following a minimum of 6 months maturation.
Each bottle is sealed with natural Portuguese cork and crowned by an engraved golden ring and the Kazakis family’s crest—a testament to their dedication to excellence.
This premium and authentic, handcrafted organic distillate is a limited edition run, coming from a single cask and a single variety of a single Estate with a unique number marked on each bottle.
