1. Payment Methods & Security

1.1. To provide you with a seamless and secure shopping experience, ELENIANNA offers a variety of trusted payment options. All transactions are processed through encrypted environments provided by our tier-1 partners: Braintree (a PayPal service), Stripe, and Revolut Checkout.

1.2. Credit & Debit Cards: We accept payments via VISA, MasterCard, Maestro, and American Express (AMEX). Your sensitive card data is never stored on our servers; instead, it is handled exclusively by our partner banking institutions under strict PCI-DSS Level 1 security protocols.

2. Digital Wallets & Global Options

2.1. For faster checkout, you can use digital wallets such as PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

2.2. Local & Alternative Payments: We support a wide range of local payment methods through Stripe, including:

• Buy Now, Pay Later: Klarna.
• European Favorites: iDEAL, Przelewy24, EPS, Sofort, and GiroPay.
• South Korea Special Methods: Kakao Pay, Naver Pay, PAYCO, Samsung Pay, and local Korean Cards.
• International: AliPay and SEPA Direct Debit.

3. Special Conditions & Cash on Delivery

3.1. Cash on Delivery (COD): This method is available ONLY within Greece. A flat fee of €2.00 applies. Please note that for orders exceeding €500, Greek tax regulations require payment to be made exclusively via electronic means (Credit Card, PayPal, Stripe, or Account Deposit).

3.2. Bank Deposits: We also accept direct account deposits. Please note that we do not accept cheques.

4. Transaction Safety

4.1. All online payments are protected by SSL-128 bit encryption and digital certification from DigiCert Inc.. By choosing PayPal or Stripe, you agree to their respective terms of use and privacy policies. In the event of a refund through a third-party provider, any commissions charged by that provider remain the responsibility of the customer.
