Payments & Currency
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards including VISA, MasterCard, and American Express, as well as wire transfers, PayPal, Western Union, and personal checks (in US dollars or Euros).
In which currency will you charge me?
You will be charged in Euros (EUR). Your credit card company determines the rate of exchange on the day your order was placed. The charge on your statement may differ slightly from the website total due to daily fluctuations or bank policies.

Which countries do you deliver to?
We deliver to 244 countries worldwide via DHL Express, ensuring your premium products arrive safely and swiftly.
What is the shipping cost?
Shipping rates are based on the weight/volume of your products and your specific location. You will see the exact shipping cost at checkout before you finalize your order.
Will you let me know when my order is dispatched?
Yes. Upon shipping, you will receive a confirmation email with a DHL tracking number. We will also keep you updated via email at every step, from dispatch to final delivery.
Can you provide a proof of delivery?
Absolutely. A delivery receipt notification is emailed to you within 3 hours of delivery, including the name of the consignee and the local time of arrival.
Delivery Policies
Do you deliver to hotels, hospitals, or companies?
Absolutely. The reception desk or mailroom will sign for the package and notify the recipient.
What happens if the recipient is not available?
If the recipient is not present, DHL will automatically attempt re-delivery the next business day. If they are still unavailable, a note will be left with tracking details and the local DHL contact number to schedule a convenient appointment.
Do you deliver on weekends?
Our shipping carrier, DHL, does not deliver on weekends.
