A brew (doctor's soup) that the residents of Amorgos drank since the old days when their throats hurt, was the reason we were inspired and created the Amorgos Distillery in 2003, to prepare the drink Amorgion Rakomelo – Psimenii.
Ingredients: Raki, honey, and herbs without preservatives.
Drink at room temperature, hot in winter, or iced in summer. Accompanied by fresh or dried fruits, nuts, chocolate, donuts, pan sweets, etc. Ideal for a company drink but also as an aperitif or digestive.
It is a traditional drink with pure ingredients and a balanced taste, that once you try it, you will ask for it forever!!!
