Baklava is one of the oldest in the world of sweets. All our collections draw inspiration from baklava’s origins in ancient Greece, Persia, the Middle East, and the Mediterranean.

Athena, the daughter of our founder Nikos Kolionasios, is breaking new ground
with exciting new baklava recipes like the one, you are about to enjoy.

Our paper-thin phyllo dough is deftly rolled by hand so that, when baked, the fillings and the dough blend into a perfect base for our flavored syrups. After some drizzling and settling, we carefully wrap our rolls airtight in foil, so that they require no refrigeration to stay fresh.
