USE
As a decoction, boil a teaspoon of oregano for a couple of minutes. Strain and drink while warm. Add honey if desired.
As an infusion, place a teaspoon of oregano in a hot cup full of water. Allow it to sit for ten minutes. Strain and drink while still warm. Add honey if desired.
External use: An oregano decoction in bathtub water can soothe and stimulate (boil 100grms of oregano in 1 liter of water).
Essential oil: Pour 3-4 drops in a tablespoon of honey, 2-3 times a day. This essential oil is used to produce soap bars and toothpaste.
