STORAGE OF THE PRODUCT
Store in a dry and cool place (approximately between 14 ° and 18 °), away from direct light (natural and/or artificial) and sources of heat. After opening, it is advisable to close the package with the cap tightly, after each use.
The possible presence of sediments and/or suspended particles is due to the natural composition of the product and does not affect its quality. The optimal storage temperature of the oil must be between 14 ° C and 18 ° C.
ATTENTION At low temperatures the oil tends to crystallize (formation of white crystals or granules). In this case, bring the container to an environment at a temperature above 18 ° C and wait for it to return to the liquid state.
The date indicated in the bottle refers to the product properly stored, in an unopened package. It is a recommended term of consumption to fully appreciate all the sensory characteristics. Therefore, after this date, it is possible to use it without any health risk, as it will not become harmful but, simply, it may lose the intensity and fragrance of flavors and aromas. All this is because extra virgin olive oil is a natural product.
