This intriguing tasting experience begins with the uplifting aroma of coffee. Then, vividly aromatic ground cardamom provides a little kick, perfectly complementing the chocolate taste. An in-house developed recipe with a unique balance, that has many lovers. It is inspired by the east Mediterranean tradition, where coffee and spices often blend together.
INGREDIENTS: cocoa mass (min. cocoa: 70.5%), sugar, fat-reduced cocoa powder, coffee (1%), cardamom (1%), emulsifier: soya lecithin, natural vanilla flavoring.

PAIRS WITH: This intense and high cocoa percentage chocolate can be softened by the sweetness of a matured whisky, and that makes a great pair!
Bourbon also pairs brilliantly with chocolate. The velvet smoky characteristic of most bourbons blends well with this high cocoa content chocolate and the intensity of the coffee, whereas cardamom will give a kick without overwhelming any flavor.
