So for the fans of bitter and salty pairings, this is an exciting combination where the flavours and aromas are constantly evolving.

INGREDIENTS: cocoa mass (min. cocoa: 70.5%), sugar, fat-reduced cocoa powder, olive oil (1%), salt (1%), emulsifier: soya lecithin, natural vanilla flavoring.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: May contain traces of nuts. Keep in a cool and dry place. 

PAIRS WITH: This is a bold, intense dark chocolate and the sea salt enhances the roasted cocoa flavor. So we suggest going bold also with your drink. Choose a rich, red wine, full of aromas, ideally aged with tannins similar to a bar of dark chocolate. A nice Barolo, Chinato, or Merlot, could do the work. After all, you have a great excuse since both, chocolate and red wine, are known for their antioxidant powers!
