The superior quality of the olive oil used in this chocolate bar comes from the famous groves of Peloponnese. So for the fans of bitter and salty pairings, this is an exciting combination where the flavours and aromas are constantly evolving.

INGREDIENTS: cocoa mass (min. cocoa: 70.5%), sugar, fat-reduced cocoa powder, olive oil (1%), salt (1%), emulsifier: soya lecithin, natural vanilla flavoring.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: May contain traces of nuts. Keep in a cool and dry place. 

PAIRS WITH: This is a bold, intense dark chocolate and the sea salt enhances the roasted cocoa flavor. So we suggest going bold also with your drink. Choose a rich, red wine, full of aromas, ideally aged with tannins similar to a bar of dark chocolate. A nice Barolo, Chinato, or Merlot, could do the work. After all, you have a great excuse since both, chocolate and red wine, are known for their antioxidant powers!
