Premium Cretan thyme and pine honey This is our premium, awarded, certified organic Cretan honey. Our hard-working bees harvest the nectar of endemic to Crete wildflowers and herbs that grow on the Cretan mountains, at altitudes higher than 750 meters, to avoid contact with anything not natural. They then craft this unique honey, with a very high number of pollen grains that give it a unique and highly complex tasting profile.
Typically, the most evident of the aromas and taste is the Greek pine tree and thyme with hints of numerous other wild mountain herbs. Truly pure and unspoiled, raw Cretan nature in a jar.
