Flavour, texture and serving ideas

Honey consistency naturally ranges from fluid to partly or fully crystallised, and this jar may thicken if stored below 15°C; gently warming the jar restores a pourable texture. Serving suggestion: try drizzling it over thick Greek yogurt with walnuts, pairing it with aged graviera, manouri or blue cheese on a cheese board, stirring it into tea, or using it in place of sugar in desserts and dressings. Serving suggestion: it can also be brushed over roast chicken, pork or root vegetables as a glaze toward the end of cooking.
