Dry, Mild, Red, Organic, Limnio 90%, Cabernet Sauvignon 10%

Ruby color. Spicy aromas, pepper, and cinnamon. Mouth soft and attractive, with intense ripe black fruit aromas, tender sweet tannins that came to finish. ideally accompanies traditional Greek cuisine (meat and tomato sauce). Serve at 16 - 18oC.

LimNeon” is a wordplay that aims to show that this is the grape Limnio, with a twist. Indeed, this wine is exactly what it promises on the (back) label: “Modern winemaking of the oldest recorded Greek grape variety”. LimNeon is an elegant red wine, generous in aromas of ripe red fruit and sweet spices in the nose, and silky and long on the palate. Ideal with honey glazed pork, barbecue ribs, and oriental takes on beef.
