Story

Wandering around the outdoor local organic market in town is always special. Spring is here bringing out its colors and blossoms. Stavros, one of Helleo's favorite farmers, is shouting from behind his stall "Ela pare!" (which means "Come on, buy!"). There, you will find only excellent seasonal goods cultivated with care. Wild, fresh herbs and greenery are calling to become a nutritious salad. Back home, we add a few apples, avocados, and some spinach from the veg patch et voila! A fresh, green springtime salad in a soap!
