This ouzo liquor consists of a pure essence of aniseed and sweet-smelling herbs, with an alcohol content of 46% Vol., and contains the distinctive water of Plomari Lesvos. The renowned Ouzo Varvayanni Blue has a pleasant scent, a pure and transparent color, and a delicate flavor, creating on your palate sensations of spring breezes and sun-kissed seas.

All five of them are 100% distilled with slow processes in small copper stills, they have been produced using excellent quality anise and other raw materials, with the addition of the crystal-clear water of Plomari, and of course, all of them share the 160-year experience of the Varvayannis family in ouzo distillation. Slowly and patiently, exactly like back in 1860, when Efstathios Varvayannis distilled his first ouzo.

Ouzo Varvagianni is a 100% genuine product of the distillation of aniseed and aromatic plants, which means that it has no artificial aromas or essential oils added afterward but it is a completely natural product. It is produced in Plomari of Lesvos by the fifth generation of the Varvagianni family in 5 types produced with anise and a variety of local aromatic plants. Blue is characterized by the sweet aroma of anise and herbs that give the classic Varvagianni Blue ouzo a pleasant and smooth taste.
