Frequently Asked Questions

What makes early harvest olive oil different?
Early harvest olives contain higher levels of polyphenols and antioxidants, resulting in a more robust flavor, greener color, and enhanced health benefits. The trade-off is lower oil yield, which reflects the quality-first philosophy.
How should I store this olive oil?
Keep the bottle in a cool, dark place away from heat and direct sunlight. The nitrogen protection during bottling helps preserve freshness, but proper storage at home extends shelf life and flavor integrity.
What dishes pair best with Koroneiki EVOO?
Use as a finishing drizzle over grilled vegetables, fresh salads, white fish, or crusty bread. Its peppery finish complements Mediterranean and plant-forward dishes, adding depth without overpowering delicate flavors.
Is this olive oil suitable for cooking?
While it can be used for low to medium-heat cooking, its vibrant flavor and polyphenol content are best appreciated raw or as a finishing touch to preserve its nutritional and sensory qualities.
